Meet Eric Esquivel

Eric Esquivel, owner of E&L Health and Life Insurance Agency, is the proud son of immigrant parents who taught him the value of hard work and perseverance. At 20, as a young father, Eric began working in the oil fields of South Texas. Starting at the bottom, he steadily rose to a supervisory position at a major oilfield company, earning a six-figure income. Despite his professional success, a life-changing conversation during a tax appointment made Eric realize the importance of planning for the future.

When asked how much he had saved for retirement, Eric was struck by how unprepared he was. This realization deepened when his mother admitted she could never retire. Determined to protect his own family and help others avoid the same uncertainty, Eric set out on a journey to understand financial security and life planning.

From this journey, Eric developed The Foundation Framework, a three-step process designed to help families secure their futures and shield themselves from life’s uncertainties. With a focus on education and tailored strategies, Eric is committed to empowering others to protect what matters most and build a strong foundation for the future.
